New files arrive on the shelves
Files that are announced but not ready yet wait under “On their way to the shelves”, locked, with their planned price. They can't be unlocked until the file is really there.

No. Some files are free for everyone. The others are unlocked once with SkillXP and stay yours.
Where do I find The Library?
In your space, press The Library chip in the top bar. Visitors can browse the shelves in the demo.

Finish today's quests, or buy a SkillXP pack. Nothing is taken from your balance until the unlock goes through.
