Is Zapier free?

Zapier has a free plan with limits on the number of automations and runs, and some features, such as certain paths and agents, depend on the plan. Check what your plan includes before Day 2.

Which apps do I need?

Any apps you already use: a form tool, a spreadsheet, email or a chat app. The videos use common ones and you can swap in yours.

Is it safe to connect my accounts?

Zapier asks for permission to each app. Use test data or a separate sheet at first, and review what each Zap can access before you rely on it.

How is Zapier different from n8n?

Zapier is hosted and quick to start. n8n offers more control and can be run on your own server. If you outgrow one, the other path shows the alternative.
