Learn Notion from YouTube in 7 days
Notion rewards the people who understand one idea: almost everything is a database. Pages, tasks, notes and projects are rows that you can view as a table, a board, a calendar or a dashboard. Most beginners never get there, because they copy a template and then do not know how to change it. This week starts with the AI features, builds a task system, then goes to the idea underneath, linked databases, and finishes with dashboards you design yourself. You build the databases yourself.
Day 1 free. No credit card.
What you’ll have at the end
- A task database you set up yourself, with status, priority and due date.
- Two linked databases, for example projects and tasks, joined by a relation.
- A dashboard page that shows what matters on one screen.

Day 1 — How can Notion AI save you time each week?
A short look at what Notion AI can do with your pages. Pick one real document, such as meeting notes or an article, use the AI to summarize or restructure it, and edit the result until it is yours. Save the page and note one thing the AI got wrong.

FAQ
Is the free plan enough for this week?
Databases, relations and linked views are available on the free plan. Some AI features depend on your plan, so Day 1 may be limited depending on what your account includes.
Why start with Notion AI instead of the basics?
The path follows its videos in order. If you prefer to start with databases, read Day 3 first and come back to Day 1 later; each day stands on its own.
Can I use a template instead of building from scratch?
You can start from one, but the daily tasks ask you to change it, add a property or build a view, so you end up understanding what the template does.
What do I submit as proof?
A screenshot or a shared page link of what you built that day. Day 7 gives you one home page that ties it all together.
How is this different from collecting Notion templates?
A template is someone else's setup. This week asks you to build the pieces yourself, so you can adapt them when your work changes.
