Shipped work is the artefact leaving your machine. A cut on disk. A post live. A list of titles in a doc you can send. SkillxTube exists so a week of YouTube ends there, not on a progress bar.
Watched is consumption. Noted is useful. Shipped is the line that counts for the path, the team report, and Friday.
If it only lives in your head, it is not shipped.
