These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SkillxTube("we", "us", or "our") and our website and services. By accessing or using SkillxTube, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SkillxTube helps you build structured learning paths from curated YouTube content, daily challenges, and progress tracking. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans provide monthly Skill Credits that reset each billing cycle. One-time credit packs, when available, do not expire. Prices are shown on our pricing page before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Credits already spent on generated paths cannot be refunded. If a path is incorrect, use the free regenerate option or contact us at hello@mail.skillxtube.com.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

SkillxTube and its branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. YouTube videos linked in paths remain the property of their respective creators.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
