Guide
Watched is not shipped
The bar hit 100%. You could recap the video in a sentence. Nothing new exists on disk. That is watched.
Shipped means a file someone else can open. A cut. Three titles. A prompt pack. Day 2 unlocks on that, not on play.
Watched
- The player finished
- You remember a tip
- Screenshots in a folder
- No name on a file
Shipped
- An export exists
- You can attach it
- A person could use it Monday
- The next day can open
What watching is good for
Finding the one idea you will try. Ten minutes. Then you leave the player.
Where it breaks
You stack four tutorials and call it a work block. Notes pile up. Friday you still have no cut. The week was consumption with a good conscience.

Do this tonight
Name the video. Name the file it should produce.
If the file is missing, that is the whole task. Not another video.
Tick watched / noted / exported / published. Stop lying at watched.
Common mistake
Treating notes as the deliverable. Three lines in a doc are useful. They are not the cut.
